BRIEF PROFILE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr. Parag Jain, B.com (H), MSc, Age 30 years (Managing Director)
He is a young man of 30 years and did his graduation in the year 2009 from IILM, Lodhi Road, New Delhi and later completed his M.Sc in international business management from University of East London at UK in the year 2011 and returned to India. He is a son of Mr. Pramod Jain who is known name in the Aluminum Industries. Mr. Parag Jain is associated with his father and gained a lot of experience in the business and dealing with different industries independently. He is dynamic and has a strong acumen towards the setting up of the business. He is well versed in marketing of the product with innovative ideas. Under his leadership, the company's growth graph turned almost a vertical upwards.
Mr. Abhishek Jain, BBA, Age 29 years (Joint Managing Director)
He is young and dynamic person of 29 years and he did his BBA from Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) at Rohini in Delhi in the year 2011. He is very active and takes keen interest in the business. He is well versed in the day to day administration of the business activities. He is looking after the accounts & financial activities of the company and has vision to take forward the growth of the company.
This young entrepreneur has inherited business approach having inculcation for meeting any challange to come on his way. Pacing with the time who knows he may turn into tomorrow's landmark! He sound promising for overall growth & success of the company.
ABOUT THE KEY PERSONNEL
Mr. Pramod Jain (Father of Director's)
Mr. Pramod Jain is the father of Director of the company. He has rich experience in Aluminium business of around 35 years. He has started his career as a small trader in 1983 and then in 1996, he joined Gujarat foils limited. He had given all of his efforts to the company, when he take over the company the share price and turnover of the company was 3 per share and 1 crore respectively and when he took over in the 2007 -08 then the share price and turnover of the company was 144 per share and 200 crore respectively.
Right from the beginning, JIPL has implemented formal organizational structures and operational systems which have helped it in achieving professionalism through manpower.
IT knew that the company profit is not the solitary goal and that growth and safety of its employees were equally important Its professional staff having huge experience in the Aluminium industry efficiently handles the operations and contributes largely to the strength and progress of the company.
